Product Manager-Senior

Description The Huntington Commercial Product Team is responsible for liquidity product offerings, pricing, and supporting analytics, managing a full suite of on- and off-balance sheet products for clientsu2019 daily, excess, and special-use cash. The Product Manager - Senior will help drive aspects of development, execution, adoption, and commercialization for assigned Liquidity products for bank clients and prospects. The focus of this role will be to support commercial sweep products, including investment sweeps, zero balance accounts and auto credit sweeps, primarily focused on the needs of Regional Banking Business customers. This role will report to the Sweeps Platform Director and will liaise across many other areas such as Treasury Management product, Regional Banking and Commercial sales and relationship management, technology, and risk. The individual will recommend, develop, and implement plans to improve assigned product features, service, sales, marketing, processes, policies, and procedures. This position will support product development projects and initiatives and be responsible for the successful launch and marketing of new products. This role will be responsible for identifying, fostering, structuring, and executing internal and external partnerships. Duties & Responsibilities: + Act as key liquidity product subject matter expert (SME) for assigned products, including participating in informal training and coaching sessions with bank partners. + Support operational elements of product execution, including researching and resolving issues. + Support development of a product roadmap of the assigned product set to meet evolving needs across the bank. + Work with market segment partners to collaborate on recommendations for and/or enhancements to existing products related to features, service, sales, marketing, processes, policies, forms and procedures based on research and analytics to identify market segment and client needs, marketplace opportunities and competitive gaps. + Participate in cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, legal, implementations, for agreed-upon initiatives and rollouts. + Closely follows the latest trends and competitive environment in liquidity products and make recommendations for application within the Regional and Commercial Bank. + Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the Banku2019s reputation and safeguarding Huntington and its clients by: driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations; adhering to policy; applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices; and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with urgency and transparency. Basic Qualifications: + Bachelor's Degree + 4+ years of commercial or business banking product management experience Preferred Qualifications: + Master of Business Administration (MBA) a plus. + Demonstrated experience in product management and product development discipline. + Experience with Deposit & Liquidity Management products. + Possess an understanding of the treasury/cash management industry including the operational and service sides of the business. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. + Have excellent project management skillset; the ability to multi-task, being flexible to adaptive requirements as needed, staying on top of all initiatives to deliver them on time, within budget, and within scope. + Be a self-starter with the capability to work independently and in cross-functional groups/collaborative environment, focusing on specific details while maintaining the ability to make sense of the u2018biggeru2019 picture. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Compensation Range: $70,000.00 - 140,000.00 Annual Salary The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
