Description We are looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team on a contract basis in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, you will play a key part in managing various human resources functions, including employee relations, onboarding, and benefits administration. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic workplace while ensuring employees receive exceptional support. Responsibilities: u2022 Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting an inclusive work environment. u2022 Oversee onboarding processes to ensure new hires are seamlessly integrated into the organization. u2022 Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment and addressing inquiries. u2022 Support HR administrative tasks such as maintaining accurate records and compliance with policies. u2022 Utilize HRIS platforms to manage data, generate reports, and streamline workflows. u2022 Collaborate with management to implement HR strategies and initiatives. u2022 Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, benefits, and procedures. u2022 Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in all HR activities. u2022 Assist with performance management and development initiatives. u2022 Serve as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries, ensuring timely responses.
