Your role and responsibilities As a Product Sales SME for Data Platform - Data, you will leverage your deep knowledge and experience with IBM's Data products to drive business growth. Your expertise will enable clients to make informed decisions about their data management needs. Your primary responsibilities will include: u2022 Drive Solution Delivery: Develop and deliver tailored solutions to clients, utilizing your expertise in IBM's Data products, including Capture, Content Manager, and Cloud Pak for Data, to address their specific data management challenges. u2022 Collaborate with Clients: Engage with clients to understand their data needs and provide guidance on the most effective data solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. u2022 Shape Data Strategies: Utilize your deep knowledge of IBM's Data products to shape data strategies that meet clients' evolving needs and stay ahead of industry trends. u2022 Enable Client Success: Ensure client success by providing expert advice on data product implementation, optimization, and management, fostering long-term relationships and driving business growth. u2022 Stay Current with Emerging Trends: Continuously update your knowledge of emerging data trends, technologies, and innovations, applying this expertise to drive business growth and stay ahead of the competition. Required technical and professional expertise u2022 Deep Knowledge of IBM Data Products: Proven expertise in IBM's Data products, including Capture, Content Manager, Content Manager On Demand, Filenet Content Manager, Astronomer, Data Replication, Databand, DataStage, and Cloud Pak for Data, with the ability to drive business growth and enable clients to make informed decisions. u2022 Experience with Data Management Solutions: In-depth understanding of data management needs and experience with developing tailored solutions utilizing IBM's Data products, including data integration, management, and analytics. u2022 Expertise in Data Strategy Development: Ability to shape data strategies that meet clients' evolving needs, stay ahead of industry trends, and drive business growth through effective data management. u2022 Proficiency in Emerging Data Trends: Knowledge of emerging data trends, technologies, and innovations, with the ability to apply this expertise to drive business growth and stay ahead of the competition. u2022 Mastery of Data Product Implementation: Expertise in implementing, optimizing, and managing data products, with a focus on ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and fostering long-term client relationships. Preferred technical and professional experience Cloudera & Hadoop Knowledge: Familiarity with Cloudera & Hadoop, including its applications and integration with IBM's Data products, can be beneficial in driving business growth and enabling clients to make informed decisions. DataStax, Db2, and EnterpriseDB: Experience with DataStax, Db2, and EnterpriseDB can be advantageous in developing tailored solutions and shaping data strategies that meet clients' evolving needs.
