JOB REQUIREMENTS: Location: Chicago, IL; Detroit, MI; Madison, WI;Minneapolis, MN How will your role help us transform hope into reality?The Regional Marketing Executive (RME) will be responsible forstrategically driving the market development across the SystemicMastocytosis (SM) landscape. The RME is responsible for fosteringawareness of SM, identifying and developing SM champions, and fosteringmulti-specialty connections to advance care for SM patients. This rolehelps to inform brand strategy both nationally and locally throughinsight capture with SM key opinion leaders and requires collaborationwith internal teams drive customer relationships and enhance treatmentadoption across the region. The RME is responsible for developingstrategic engagement plans for SM key opinion leaders across theregions. The RME will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Leadership,and Commercial Operations to identify opportunities and unmet needs,while building a geographically dispersed network of SM advocates. Thisposition will also lead speaker program management, regional marketinginitiatives, and regional congress planning. As a field-based role, theRME reports to the Sr. Director, Regional Marketing Executive TeamLeader. What will you do? Lead long-term market development efforts inassigned regions across the SM landscape, focusing on high-potentialcenters and customers. The RME is responsible for developing andexecuting customer engagement plans for SM key opinion leaders withinassigned regions and accountable to fostering SM KOL connections acrossmulti-disciplinary specialists that treat / manage SM patients.Collaborate with sales VPs and RBDs to inform account strategy and plansthrough treatment pathway discovery, and insight generation to advancecare in centers of excellence. Identify, build, and move SM championsalong the belief continuum, fostering advocacy within the region.Maintain understanding of regional market dynamics, including keyopinion leaders, institutional accounts, and multi-disciplinary teams toadvance SM patient care through the development of SM centers ofexcellence. Partner with sales leadership, commercial field teams, andmedical to align regional market development strategies. Develop andexecute regional marketing initiatives (insight discovery, ad boards,roundtables, etc.) In partnership with Medical, Sales Leadership,Commercial Operations, and Brand Marketing, the RME will supportregional congress planning and execution, including KOL engagement atpriority conferences across hematology/oncology and allergist/immunologyLeverage analytical tools to understand business trends and meet orexceed target KPIs Oversee speaker management, including...
