The role strengthens alumni connection, expands community impactinitiatives, and supports strategic programs that connect formerstudent-athletes, current student-athletes, and the broader Wisconsincommunity. Key responsibilities for the position can be found below.This individual will also participate in the Emerging Leaders Program togain hands-on experience, build their network, explore career options,and develop essential professional skills. Key Responsibilities EventPlanning & Management Collaborate with W Club staff to understand goals,themes, and desired outcomes for alumni events. Assist with eventlogistics, including registration, marketing, catering coordination,venue setup, and dayof execution. Conduct postevent evaluations togather feedback and support continuous improvement. Support alumniservice initiatives, including partnerships with Badger Athlete AlumniSupporting Kids (BAASK). Marketing, Storytelling & Data Implementmarketing strategies that increase alumni engagement and visibility ofthe W Club. Create digital content and campaigns that highlight alumnistories and strengthen brand awareness. Design marketing materials suchas graphics, email communications, and social media content. Maintainand update letterwinner data; use analytics to inform communication,outreach, and event planning. Utilize platforms such as Salesforce,Cvent, Podium X, Canva, G Suite, and other designated systems to supportengagement efforts.
