Using Docusign's Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).What you'll doAs a Product Design Intern at Docusign, you will contribute to the vision, strategy, and execution of key initiatives within the ISV-Led-Growth team, focused on ISV Partner Experience. You will collaborate closely with experienced Product Design, Product Managers, Partnerships teams and Engineering team members, as well as other stakeholder groups like design, marketing, and customer success teams, to build scalable solutions that meet the evolving needs of customers, developers, partners, and enterprise users.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Principal Product Manager.ResponsibilityPartner with Partnerships team to understand the ISV personaPerform ISV interviews to understand their pain pointsCollaborate cross functionally to deliver the innovative ISV partner engagement strategyPartner with stakeholders in Product, Partner Programs, Customer Success and other areas to map the ISV partner journey with Docusign todayCollaborate with Design and Learning team to prepare presentations for the stakeholdersJob DesignationHybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. Docusign reserves the right to change a position's job designation depending on business needs and as permitted by local law.What you bringBasicCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related fieldExpected graduation in December 2026 or May/June 2027Experience with modern collaboration and project management tools such as Slack, Google Docs, LucidchartPreferredPassionate about software and impacting the users at scale with softwareStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisionsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBachelors in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics with minor in Arts, PsychologyUnderstanding of Service-Oriented-Architecture, APIs and Web architectureUnderstanding of AI toolsExperience building out apps and integrationsWage TransparencyPay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:California: $48/hour - $59/hourWashington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $48hour - $53/hourWork Authorization Notice: Please note that we do not provide visa sponsorship or immigration support for this position.
