This role requires a visionary culinary leader with a background in luxury hospitality, fine dining, highu2011end corporate dining, and premium catering. The Executive Dining Floor provides breakfast, lunch, and executive catering Mondayu2013Friday. Key Responsibilities + Lead all culinary operations for executive dining, corporate cafu00e9 service, and VIP meal experiences. + Develop seasonal, marketu2011driven menus featuring highu2011quality, thoughtfully sourced ingredients. + Create sophisticated catering menus for executive meetings, leadership gatherings, and highu2011profile events. + Incorporate a diverse range of global flavorsu2014Mediterranean, Asian, Latin American, Middle Eastern, and modern Americanu2014into daily offerings and special events. + Uphold Restaurant Associatesu2019 standards of excellence in food quality, presentation, hospitality, and innovation. + Oversee culinary team recruitment, training, development, and performance, fostering a culture of creativity, professionalism, and continuous improvement. + Maintain bestu2011inu2011class food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations across all service periods. + Partner closely with hospitality, operations, and client leadership to ensure a seamless, highu2011touch dining experience reflective of the JPMC brand. + Manage food and labor costs while consistently delivering premium standards and exceptional value.
