Overview We are looking for a domain-strong Wealth Management Product Manager to lead advisor-centric platform initiatives across onboarding, servicing, portfolio reporting, data integrations, and AI-enabled capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of wealth strategy, technology, and execution, partnering closely with engineering, data, UX, and senior stakeholders. Responsibilities u2022 Own product vision and roadmap for Wealth Management platforms, including advisor workflows, client experiences, custodian integrations, and reporting u2022 Act as the wealth domain SME, with strong understanding of advisor-led models, households/accounts, UMA/SMAs, alternatives, and compliance needs u2022 Translate business priorities into clear epics, features, and user stories with strong acceptance criteria u2022 Drive delivery using Agile / Scrum / SAFe, balancing speed, scale, and risk u2022 Partner with engineering and data teams on APIs, data ingestion, reconciliation, and platform modernization u2022 Identify and prioritize AI / GenAI use cases (advisor copilots, insights, automation) with focus on adoption and business impact u2022 Communicate clearly with business and technology leaders, surface risks, dependencies, and trade-offs early Qualifications u2022 10+ years of experience in Wealth Management u2022 Hands-on exposure to advisor platforms, CRM, portals, custodians and wealth reporting u2022 Proven Product Manager / Product Owner experience on complex platforms u2022 Strong working knowledge of Agile delivery u2022 Technically fluent in APIs, data platforms, and cloud concepts (AWS preferred) u2022 Practical exposure to GenAI / AI-enabled workflows in enterprise settings u2022 Strong communication, structured thinking, and executive presence Nice to Have u2022 Experience with OAS, TAMPs, or platform-based wealth models u2022 Consulting background or large transformation experience u2022 Exposure to AI agents or advisor productivity tools Additional information PAY RANGE $128,000-$193,000 SET YOURSELF APART + Experience in digital transformation initiatives and enterprise product management. + Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and automation in product development. + Certifications in Product Management (e.g., CSPO, Pragmatic Institute, or similar). + Experience in customer experience (CX) strategy and omnichannel product development. + Strong understanding of cloud-based solutions and SaaS product management.
