We are an organization that grows and processes black beans, light and dark red kidney beans crop for further processing. Our equipment consists of conveyors, augers, and John Deere equipment. Moving crops from silos to processing plant via gravity boxes, to clean and sort. Job duties may include and are not limited to tasks such as: attach/detach implements; be able to handle working in extreme weather conditions; clean work areas; construct structures to support plant growth; guide products on conveyors to regulate flow through machines; hand pick and manually grade crops; load and unload materials and commodities; maintain inventory; operate self propelled machinery; participate in the inspection, grading, sorting, storage, and post-harvest treatment of crops; position boxes/bags at ends of machinery to catch products, remove and close full containers; record information about crops; repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; repair farm buildings, fences, and other structures; set up repair, maintain, and operate specialized equipment; trap and destroy pests; use hand tools such as such as shovels, trowels, hoes, tampers, pruning hooks, shears, loppers, knives, wrenches, crow bars, air tools, and electric tools; weigh containers and record weights and identifying information. Equipment such as but not limited to the following will be used/operated by the workers in conjunction with the duties being performed: augers, bins, silos, loading and unloading facilities, box sorting equipment, dirt moving equipment, forklift, mowers and other landscaping equipment, packaging equipment, pickups, cars, etc, planters, skid steers, spreaders, tractor/trailer combinations, tractors. The workers will be performing the duties to help produce and process: Black beans, light and dark red kidney beans.
