Knowledge of governmental accounting standards and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). Applicant must have strong working knowledge of all office equipment, Computer software, Excel and Microsoft word. Ability to apply good judgement and maintain confidentiality. Must be a team player, willing to contribute to the overall workflow and tasks of small city operations. Experience in grant writing or grant revenue tracking is a plus. Any combination education, training and experience that provides the equivalent necessary for satisfactory job performance will be considered. Must be able to be bonded. References and background check required.
