*106639BR** **Job Title:** Merchandiser – Tuscola IL **Department/Function:** Commodity Trading **Job Description:** **Merchandiser – Tuscola IL** ADM Grain This is a full-time, salaried exempt level position. **Position Summary:** Reporting to the Regional Commercial Manager this is an intermediate merchandiser position which is a part of the merchandising team in the Eastern Region. This position is responsible for merchandising corn, soybeans, and wheat across rail and truck facilities. They will have a strong understanding of merchandising across both rail and truck facilities, including logistics coordination and supply chain execution. This individual will demonstrate the ability to support and execute purchase and sales strategies, including effective position management across spreads, basis, and flat price. A solid foundation in market analysis, strategic thinking, and trading acumen is essential. This position will work collaboratively across origination, operations, and accounting, building and maintaining strong customer relationships while addressing commercial and logistical matters. They will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a team-oriented mindset.
