FTE: 0.525000 Standard Hours: 21.00 Shift: Shift 2 Shift Details:A week OFF, B week Monday through Sunday 1600-2200 Holidays: asscheduled Weekends: Every other Job Summary: Establishes accounts withaccurate demographic and financial information to produce a clean claimto the third party payor. Ensures that all compliance forms areappropriately completed and documented on the patient's account.Efficiently coordinates registrations of all patients. Front line staffis the first impression for the Hospital so excellent customer skillsare required of the staff member. Other duties as assigned. EXPERIENCEDESCRIPTION: A minimum of 1 year of office experience is preferred.Knowledge of medical terminology and previous experience with a dataentry system as normally acquired through one-year experience in ahealth care environment is preferred. A minimum of 1 year of customerservice experience is preferred. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: High Schooldiploma or equivalent is required. SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION: Accuratedata entry skills are critical. Interpersonal skills and excellentcustomer service skills are necessary to appropriately interact withpatients and/or family members in all situations.
