JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary Under the direction of the VicePresident - Marketing, the Market Development Manager for IndustrialAutomation will lead strategic initiatives to expand HellermannTyton'spresence in factory automation markets. This role focuses on identifyinggrowth opportunities, developing go-to-market strategies, and drivingthe adoption of innovative cable management solutions for automatedmanufacturing environments. The position works independently andcollaborates with multiple departments, including Sales, Marketing,Engineering, and Operations. Essential Functions: Market Strategy &Development Define and execute industrial automation strategies, withemphasis on factory automation and cable management solutions. Conductmarket assessments, identify high-growth segments, and developactionable plans. Collaborate with Sales, Product Management,Engineering, and Marketing Communications to align strategies andresources. Partner with key commercial stakeholders to determinecustomer needs and lead the development of new products and marketingdeliverables required to expand the company's market position. BusinessGrowth & Partnerships Build relationships with OEMs, system integrators,and channel partners in the automation sectors. Develop strategicpartnerships to penetrate new markets and expand share in existing ones.Participate in industry-related committees as applicable. Interpret codeand industry changes and ensure HellermannTyton has the rightspecifications and products to enable new business. Product DevelopmentSupport Work closely with Product Category Managers, Concept Team, andEngineering to set design, compliance, and performance specificationsfor new product developments in assigned markets. Provide marketintelligence to guide product roadmap and ensure alignment with customerneeds. Sales Enablement & Execution Support Key Account Managers andchannel teams with technical expertise and market insights. Keycontributor of new product launches, marketing deliverables, anddeployment to the internal and external sales teams, channel, and keyinfluencers in the market. Work closely with the marketingcommunications team to ensure deliverables further the company's brandequity and are created for maximum impact and results. Drive executionof cable management initiatives and other differentiated solutions forautomation environments. Performance Monitoring Establish KPIs, trackprogress, and report quarterly on market penetration and revenue growth.Adjust strategies based on performance metrics and evolving marketdynamics. Monitor and evaluate the competitive landscape in NorthAmerica and globally. Develop deliverables and products to furtherdifferentiate HellermannTyton in the market.
