You will lead the technician team in the development, integration, and maintenance of cutting-edge robotic systems. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in robotics, automation, and advanced control systems, and will contribute to improving safety, efficiency, and productivity across Genie Lift's product line.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across mechanical, electrical, quality, and software engineering to develop innovative automation solutions in welding, manufacturing and parts delivery for our Genie Lifts.What you'll doSupport Robotic System Development: Design, build, test, and refine robotic components and systems for production of Genie Lift equipmentIntegration & Calibration: Ensure smooth integration of robotic systems with mechanical, electrical, and software components, maintaining precise calibration for optimal performanceCollaboration: Work cross-functionally with engineering teams (mechanical, electrical, software) to implement robotics solutions and streamline production processesTroubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to robotic systems, ensuring continuous operation and reliabilityDocumentation & Training: Create detailed technical documentation and provide training to other technicians and engineers on robotic systems and best practicesCompliance: Ensure robotic systems meet all safety, regulatory, and industry standardsWhat you'll bring4+ years of experience in robotics development, troubleshooting, and deploymentExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication and leadership abilitiesPreferred QualificationsExperience with industrial automation systems in the material handling or construction equipment sectorFamiliarity with Genie Lift equipment and its operational environmentKnowledge of collaborative robots (cobots) and human-robot interactionExperience withoff-road, construction, or industrial vehicle automationFamiliarity withhuman-machine interaction (HMI), teleoperation, and remote-control technologiesKnowledge ofrobotic welding, material handling, or automated assembly systemsExperience withcloud-based automation and IoT integrationWhy Join UsWe are a global company, and our culture is defined byourValues- Integrity, Respect, Improvement, Servant Leadership, Courage, and Citizenship.
