Sr. Paralegal

Description We are looking for an experienced Sr. Paralegal to support a healthcare organization's corporate governance update on a contract basis. This project involves reviewing and revising critical legal documents to ensure accuracy, compliance, and clarity. Responsibilities: u2022 Analyze and revise corporate governance documents, including bylaws, shareholder agreements, and voting procedures. u2022 Ensure all legal documents align with compliance standards and organizational goals. u2022 Conduct thorough reviews to identify and address discrepancies or outdated provisions. u2022 Collaborate with stakeholders to implement updates and provide guidance on governance practices. u2022 Draft and refine legal documents to improve clarity and functionality. u2022 Research applicable regulations to ensure governance policies meet legal requirements. u2022 Offer strategic recommendations for improving shareholder procedures and agreements. u2022 Maintain organized records of revisions and updates throughout the project timeline. u2022 Communicate progress and findings effectively to relevant parties. u2022 Provide expertise in healthcare industry governance to ensure tailored solutions. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 5 years of senior-level paralegal experience. u2022 Strong expertise in corporate governance within the healthcare industry. u2022 Proven ability to independently analyze and revise complex legal documents. u2022 Familiarity with shareholder agreements and voting procedures. u2022 Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. u2022 Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively within project deadlines. u2022 Knowledge of applicable regulations and compliance standards in healthcare. u2022 Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders.
