Tuesday and Saturday off.Days and times are subject to change depending on business needs.The Role:We are seeking hard-working and reliable warehouse workers to join our growing operation. In this role, you will work in our Shipping/Receiving department, managing inbound/outbound orders, fulfill orders and any other duties assigned by your supervisor.We prefer candidates who have some warehouse experience, but we are wiling to train the right personEssential Responsibilities Include, but Not Limited To:Pick orders in a refrigerated warehouse using a voice pick systemOperate equipment such as a Forklift and/or Riding Pallet JackBuild pallets and prepare orders to go out for deliveryDouble check all incoming and outgoing orders for accuracyFollow food safety quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulationsCommunicate any inventory, stocking, racking or equipment maintenance issues to supervisorsQualificationsCore Knowledge/Skills:Efficiency: pick rate (items picked / hours worked)Quality: order accuracy % (error-free orders / total orders)Speed: ability to walk fast, lift fast, work fast to reach pick-rate targets (100-150 pieces picked per hour)Safety-focused: proper lifting procedures, safely operating equipment used, proper palet stacking, attention to detail to prevent accidents, injuries and/or near-miss incidentsRequired Experience:Ability to work in refrigerated environment, 35 - 45 degreesAbility to lift up to 50lbs frequentlyAbility to work without direct supervision and to prioritize activities under pressureAbility to multitask in fast-paced environmentAbility to actively engage in continuous improvement activitiesAdditional InformationSupplemental Information:This employer participates in E-Verify and will provide the Social Security Administration and if necessary, the Department of Homeland Security with information from each new employee's Form I-9 to confirm work authorization.We do not provide H1-B sponsorships at this time.Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
