Description We are looking for a meticulous Business Immigration Analyst to join our team in Miami, Florida. This Contract to Permanent position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment focused exclusively on immigration matters. You will play a key role in supporting office operations and administrative tasks while contributing to a dynamic and collaborative team. Responsibilities: u2022 Welcome and assist visitors by greeting, directing, and announcing them appropriately. u2022 Handle administrative duties such as receiving packages, processing immigration-related mail, and coordinating mass mailings using FedEx. u2022 Maintain security protocols by monitoring visitor access through logbooks and ensuring awareness of office safety. u2022 Organize and clean shared spaces, including the break room, to uphold a high standard of the environment. u2022 Support general office operations and perform ad-hoc tasks as required to ensure seamless workflow. u2022 Assist with month-end close processes and manage general ledger activities. u2022 Perform journal entries and reconcile accounts to maintain accurate financial records. u2022 Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure proper documentation for all transactions. u2022 Utilize Elite 3E software for financial reporting and accounting tasks. u2022 Collaborate with team members to optimize office services and administrative efficiency. Requirements u2022 High school diploma required; college degree preferred. u2022 Previous experience working in a detail-oriented office setting, preferably as a receptionist. u2022 Familiarity with law firms or detail-oriented services environments is advantageous. u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential. u2022 Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues. u2022 Knowledge of month-end close procedures and general ledger management. u2022 Experience in journal entries, account reconciliation, and bank reconciliations. u2022 Familiarity with Elite 3E software or similar accounting tools is highly desirable.
