Job Overview Position Schedule: Full-Time This job posting is anticipated to remain open for 30 days, from 04-Mar-2026. The posting may close early due to the volume of applicants. Seeking a strong leader to partner and drive the build out of a new department within our operations division supporting alternative investments. This is a high risk, complex team, and this role includes establishing and achieving key performance indicators, outcomes and objectives, risk mitigation, and compliance with supervisory procedures and regulations. The individual will play a centralized role in leading our firm's effort to expand the array of products able to be offered to our branch teams and clients. Hiring Minimum: $101700 Hiring Maximum: $173200 Read More About Job Overview Skills/Requirements + Individual must have their Series 7 & 99 licenses. + 5+ years of leadership experience in financial services, preferably operations, trading, custody, or similar experience. + Individual should have familiarity with varying products within the capital markets. + This leader should be comfortable and be able to drive results in an ambiguous environment. + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders. + Ability to proactively identify risks and design and implement effective controls to mitigate risks.
