The largest device company in the world u2013 with complementary businesses in Surgical and Vision Care Inspection Technician I Location: Fort Worth, TX (Onsite) Duration: 12 months Shift: 2nd Shift (1:30 PM u2013 10:00 PM) Summary: Responsible for inspecting purchased parts and materials to ensure they meet engineering specifications and quality standards within a medical device manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: + Inspect incoming parts, assemblies, and materials to AQL standards + Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications (GD&T) + Identify defects, damage, or nonconformance + Verify quantities and part numbers against purchase documentation + Perform First Article Inspections Qualifications: + High school diploma or equivalent + 1+ year of inspection, quality, or manufacturing experience (medical device preferred) + Experience with First Article Inspections + Ability to read, write, and communicate in English + Steel-toe shoes required (not provided); safety glasses providedThis job description is a complete list of all desired skills but not all are required.
