Job Summary Oversee the strategy and operations of all concessions programs across the venue. The Director of Concessions will lead high-volume food and beverage service operations while ensuring efficiency, profitability, and exceptional guest experiences. Qualifications + Bacheloru2019s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred + 7+ years of food and beverage leadership experience + Experience managing high-volume concessions operations + Financial management experience including budgeting and cost control + Knowledge of food safety and operational compliance Key Areas of Responsibility + Lead concessions operations across all stands and service areas + Develop operational strategies to improve speed of service and efficiency + Manage staffing, scheduling, and team development + Monitor food and beverage costs and operational budgets + Collaborate with culinary teams on menu planning + Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards + Analyze sales performance and operational metrics + Implement operational improvements and innovation Curious about Life at Levy?
