The ideal candidate should possess strong program management skills, a growth mindset, and experience managing programs in high-complexity, highly dynamic environments. The chosen candidate would also have experience interfacing and supporting cross-customer base collaboration across SOCOM, DoD, and IC customer communities. Essential Functions: u2022 Utilize strategic thinking to drive program roadmaps and capture strategies for key pursuits u2022 Collaborate with multiple internal and external customers to ensure program success u2022 Lead the Program Management Office (PMO) and functional teams in growing, capturing, and executing the Electronic Warfare business area u2022 Responsible for ensuring the management of the cost, schedule, and technical performance requirements of the release systems portfolio of programs through all phases from inception to completion u2022 Direct the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budget, and financial terms/conditions of contracts u2022 Participate defining program parameters or guiding internal research and development efforts in assigned field u2022 Work with customers to determine needs, requirements, and new business opportunities u2022 Solve highly complex problems with significant business impact u2022 Responsible for the overall development and management of the financial forecasts and strategic planning of the business area Qualifications: u2022 Active Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance u2022 Bacheloru2019s Degree with a minimum of 15 years of prior related experience; Or, Graduate Degree with a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, minimum of 19 years of prior related experience Preferred Additional Skills: u2022 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment u2022 Solid technical background with strong business acumen u2022 Demonstrated success in growing and capturing new business opportunities u2022 Ability to organize and coordinate customer visits u2022 Ability to make effective decisions regarding the profitability and achievability of pursuits u2022 Ability to work with other Program Managers, Business Development Managers, and Engineering/Support functions u2022 Ability to communicate in a thorough, clear, and timely manner which supports information sharing and goal achievement u2022 Proven experience developing broad, cooperative relationships with numerous groups and individuals, even when having no direct authority over them u2022 Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal skills #LI-FS1 L3Harris Technologies is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
