Job Duties: The AI GTM Senior Director is a senior growth leader responsible for driving cutting u2013 edge AI market development and revenue expansion within a designated mega account or regional portfolio in the Manufacturing and Commercial vertical, aligned to enterprise AI strategy. This role combines executive engagement, opportunity shaping, and strategic positioning of nextu2011generation AI solutions, while serving as a visible voice on AI innovation and transformation for clients and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: u2022 Own and execute the AI go-to-market strategy for an assigned mega account or regional portfolio within Manufacturing and Commercial. u2022 Build and maintain C-level and senior executive relationships. u2022 Identify, qualify, and shape AI transformation opportunities aligned to vertical priorities. u2022 Translate industry challenges into compelling AI business cases and value propositions. u2022 Partner with Client Partners, Sales, and Industry Leaders to originate and close AI engagements. u2022 Lead executive-level presales efforts and proposal positioning. u2022 Drive AI pipeline growth and revenue performance. u2022 Ensure responsible AI principles (security, governance, transparency, human oversight) are embedded in opportunity framing. u2022 Operate effectively within a matrixed leadership structure. Minimum Skills Required: Basic Qualifications: u2022 12 or more years of professional experience in consulting, professional services, and/or industry roles, including experience in a client-facing consulting or professional services environment, with progressive leadership responsibility (e.g., people leadership, program leadership, or account leadership). u2022 At least 5 years of experience leading or co leading AI, data, advanced analytics, or digital transformation initiatives, including a minimum of 2 years of experience working with Generative AI solutions (e.g., large language models, AI agents, or GenAI enabled applications). u2022 At least 5 years of professional experience within at least one industry vertical (Insurance, Banking, Manufacturing & Commercial, Automotive, Healthcare & Life Sciences, or Public Sector), demonstrated through client delivery, account ownership, or solution leadership. u2022 At least 2 years of experience supporting or leading presales activities, such as opportunity identification, solution shaping, proposal development, or executive level deal reviews, in partnership with sales or delivery teams. Preferred Skills: u2022 Experience developing and executing GTM strategies. u2022 Deep understanding of Gen AI technologies, ML, and NLP. u2022 Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). u2022 Senior-level experience leading AI, data, or digital transformation initiatives within an industry vertical. u2022 Proven track record of commercializing advanced technology solutions and driving growth. u2022 Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
