Architectural Designer

Job Title: Architectural Designer Job Description We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer to produce construction drawings for a variety of projects, including public, institutional, and multi-family ventures. This role involves coordination and communication with clients and engineering trades, creating and modifying AutoCAD and REVIT files to generate technical drawings for building construction. The successful candidate will visit buildings and job sites to survey and document existing conditions, prepare accurate drawings using AutoCAD and/or REVIT from sketches, and assist or perform job site observations as necessary. Responsibilities + Produce construction drawings for public, institutional, and multi-family projects. + Coordinate and communicate with clients and engineering trades. + Create and modify AutoCAD and REVIT files for architectural projects. + Survey and document existing conditions at buildings and job sites. + Prepare accurate drawings from sketches using AutoCAD and/or REVIT. + Assist with or perform job site observations as needed. + Communicate effectively with coworkers, consultants, and clients throughout all phases of the project. + Plan, organize, and prioritize multiple assignments independently. + Meet deadlines by prioritizing and adjusting work accordingly. Essential Skills + Proficiency in using Revit and AutoCAD. + Ability to produce full sets of construction documents with limited guidance. + Strong understanding of institutional, municipal, public, or large-scale commercial projects. + Bachelor of Architecture degree. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Paramus, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
