Marketing Operations Associate

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Marketing Operations Associate for one of our clients to sit in Stamford, CT. This person will be responsible for coordinating marketing collateral and managing recurring updates to existing materials. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail and will collaborate closely with digital and product teams, as well as members of the broader marketing organization. Responsibilities include ensuring data accuracy, maintaining brand consistency, and upholding the overall integrity of marketing collateral and digital assets. This person will serve as a production coordinator supporting the development and curation of marketing content across all distribution channels and mediums, including print and digital assets. They will manage quarterly updates of product materials, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all updated assets and coordinate the exchange of information with partners and internal stakeholders such as Compliance, Legal, Distribution, etc. They will execute daily marketing operations workflows including tracking, reporting, project management, and fulfillment coordination. This role will be performed 3 days a week on-site in Stamford, CT and the pay rate will range from 35-55/hr.
