The ideal candidate will bring clinical expertise, a patient-first mindset, and a strong understanding of orthopedic rehabilitation and recovery protocols.Responsibilities:Lead a group of passionate PT's and PTA'sCollaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other therapy professionalsTrack and document patient progress and adjust care plans as neededProvide education and guidance to patients and families for ongoing careMaintain a safe and supportive therapeutic environmentQualifications:Active Connecticut Physical Therapy license (or eligibility)Prior orthopedic or outpatient experience strongly preferredExcellent communication and clinical documentation skillsStrong commitment to patient care and professional excellenceInterested in hearing more?
