This role is responsible for producing high-quality products at the lowest possible cost while meeting customer specifications and delivery requirements. Positions may support the extrusion production line and/or material handling operations.Key ResponsibilitiesFollow all safety procedures and maintain a safe, clean work environmentAssist the primary operator during changeovers and production transitionsRead and interpret shop orders to ensure accurate productionComplete required paperwork accurately and in a timely mannerCommunicate effectively with operators and shift leadsMaintain clean production lines and equipmentSupport plant operations across various operator-level positionsFollow direction from operators and shift leadershipSupport the company’s mission, vision, and guiding principlesInterested in hearing more?
