If so, we’d love to meet you!We’re looking for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our compassionate home care team. In this role, you’ll partner closely with an Occupational Therapist to deliver thoughtful, hands-on care that supports client independence, safety, and well‑being.What You’ll DoAs a COTA with us, you will:Provide direct occupational therapy treatments in clients’ homes based on an established care planSupport clients in using adaptive equipment and therapeutic devicesTeach families how to assist safely with home exercises and daily activitiesObserve and report changes in a client’s condition to the OT and care teamHelp ensure the client’s home environment supports their goals and safetyDocument visits accurately and submit notes in a timely mannerCommunicate regularly with the OT, care team, and scheduling staffParticipate in quality improvement and team meetings as neededEvery day, you’ll make a meaningful difference in someone's life.What You BringCurrent state licensure/certification as an Occupational Therapy AssistantGraduate of an AOTA‑approved OTA program (or equivalent experience/credentials)At least 6 months of experience working under a licensed OTHome health experience preferred, but not requiredValid driver’s license and reliable transportationAbility to work independently, stay organized, and communicate professionallyCommitment to our mission, values, and high‑quality client carePhysical RequirementsYou’re comfortable with:Frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 35 lbs)Occasional bending, stooping, or repositioning of clientsWorking in a variety of home environments and adapting as neededWhy Join Trinity Health?When you join our team, you become part of a mission-driven organization focused on compassion, dignity, and exceptional care.
