Responsibilities : Design, develop, facilitate, and evaluate development programs and initiatives that link business strategies to individual and organization performance Leverage advanced facilitation skills and techniques to meet participants where they are and provide a holistic development experience that builds human and organization capability Conduct necessary needs assessments to determine organization learning and capability requirements Develop relationships with key business partners and subject matter experts to conduct needs assessments, applying professional ISD & OD frameworks Responsible for engaging and managing critical stakeholder relationships Other projects and tasks as assigned
