Assess and evaluate the functional abilities and limitations of residents through comprehensive evaluations, observations, and interviews.2. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop holistic care plans for residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and optimal recovery.4. Educate residents, their families, and staff on therapeutic techniques, adaptive equipment, and strategies to maintain independence and reduce dependency. Requirements: 1. Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.2. Current state license/certification as an Occupational Therapist.3. Proven experience as an Occupational Therapist, preferably in a geriatric or senior living setting.4. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with residents, families, and colleagues.5. Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
