This role ensures the successful coordination of student assessments, grading procedures, and instructional feedback systems.Essential functions include: Manage logistics for pre-clinical exam delivery, including student communication and preparation of testing materials Coordinate pre-clinical makeup exams Coordinate supplemental exam processes, including scheduling, faculty collaboration, and grade change processing Support and maintain assessment and evaluation tools Maintain accurate academic records for both pre-clinical and clinical students, including final grades and class rank calculations Ensure timely submission of grades to the university registrar and external institutions Process grade changes resulting from appeals, supplemental exams, or administrative corrections in coordination with the registrar’s office. Manage the collection of teaching evaluations for the DVM program Oversee the tracking of clinical assessment requirements, including In-Training Evaluation Reports, Entrustable Professional Activities, and procedure logs Manage the collection and review of externship evaluations from external clinical sites Explore our extensive benefits .
