Maintenance Systems Manager - Aviation Ground Handling

Not intentionally or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided by the company in the interests of health, wellbeing, safety, security, or welfare form their manager / supervisor of any work situation, equipment, or activity that represents a serious or immediate danger to health, wellbeing, safety, and security.Report any hazards, near misses, incidents, accidents, or dangerous occurrences to their manager / supervisor, who will then follow the procedures contained in company and carrier Safety and Security procedures.Carry out work in accordance with information and training provided and any specific health, wellbeing, safety, and security rules or procedures.Fully understand AGI Health & Safety and Security policies.Attend training courses as may be required by AGI.Physical Requirements:Team Member Engagement and Relations Specialists must be able to occasionally lift / carry / push / pull and move items 10 pounds or more.Must be able to use close vision and sit for long periods of time.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Highly process-driven and detail-orientedOperationally focused with strong business acumenComfortable enforcing standards and driving organizational changeStrong systems-thinking mindset with focus on cost, reliability, and asset lifecycleAdvanced analytics experience using Power BI, Tableau, or ExcelExperience with CMMS / EAM platforms such as SAP PM, ManagerPlus, or similar fleet maintenance systemsExperience with telematics (GPS) or fleet tracking systemsStrong proficiency in Microsoft applicationsQualifications:5+ years of experience in maintenance operations or asset management systems3+ years managing or leading a CMMS or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systemBachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Experience supporting aviation GSE, heavy equipment, or fleet maintenance environmentsStrong understanding of PM programs, work order management, and asset lifecycle conceptsDemonstrated ability to think in systems, processes, data, and outcomesOther Requirements:Willingness to travel as neededValid driver’s license and ability to obtain airport operations permits, as requiredAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, based on operational needsAGI offers a comprehensive benefit package for all employees, including paid vacation and medical / dental / vision for full-time qualified employees as well as medical coverage for part time employees.
