Description Licensed Practical Nurse - New Grads Accepted!!! - Spring Green, WI. Job Type:Full-time. (Perm) Shifts:Days & Night with Rotating Weekend. Summary: The Facility islocated in Spring Green, WI. And looking for who can, ensures that nursing care is provided according to established standards and policies. Renders skilled nursing care to patients as prescribed by physician. Considered as charge nurse in absence of registered nurse. Responsibilities: Administers skilled nursing care according to physician's orders, established service standards and administrative policies. Administers medications and treatments and observes and records responses of patients to same. Start IV's if trained and competency or file. Assists physicians during rounds. Qualification: New Grads are Accepted!!! Should have an Accredited Degree in Practical/Vocational Nursing. Previous one year of in Rehabilitation Centre is Preferred.
