A day in this role Start your shift by reviewing packaging line status and maintenance logs, then perform routine preventative maintenance to keep machinery running at peak performance. Respond quickly to mechanical issues, isolate root causes, and carry out repairs to minimize downtime. Watch the line closely—adjust settings and parameters to maintain quality and throughput. Partner with production operators to streamline changeovers and improve efficiency. Document everything with precision—repairs, inspections, and packaging activities—to support compliance and traceability in a GMP environment. Work safely, every time—follow site safety procedures and company policies to protect yourself and your teammates. What you’ll bring High school diploma (or equivalent). 2+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical GMP environment. 1+ year working with blister packaging equipment. Hands-on mechanical aptitude and sharp troubleshooting instincts. Comfort working independently as well as collaborating within a team. Clear communication and meticulous attention to detail.
