Description Implementation Specialist Remote Austin, TX Contract Robert Half is partnering with a local company to support the implementation of an automated client system. The ideal professional will have experience with building, testing, and deploying a robust automation ecosystem that seamlessly integrates multiple platforms (HubSpot, Zapier, and Stripe). Responsibilities: u2022 Develop and configure automation workflows using tools like HubSpot, Zapier, and Stripe to create an interconnected system. u2022 Implement multi-step workflows and advanced Zaps based on pre-defined architectural plans. u2022 Ensure seamless communication and data transfer between platforms to support customer lifecycle management, billing, and service activation. u2022 Manage automation logic outside the core platform to maintain system independence while ensuring synchronization. u2022 Roll out automation solutions across multiple global entities, tailoring implementations to regional requirements. u2022 Conduct rigorous testing of automated processes to ensure accuracy in financial operations and data integrity. u2022 Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to align automation strategies with business objectives. u2022 Troubleshoot and optimize integrations to address any gaps in system compatibility or performance. u2022 Provide documentation and training to ensure smooth adoption of the automation processes. Requirements Requirements: u2022 Extensive experience with Zapier, including advanced workflows and scripting using JavaScript or Python. u2022 Strong expertise in configuring HubSpot workflows and managing custom objects. u2022 Proficiency in Stripe Billing, including subscription management and automated payment processes. u2022 Solid understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and data payloads for system communication. u2022 Ability to translate technical design documents into functional, live automation systems. u2022 Proven track record of executing complex automation projects in global environments. u2022 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in testing and quality assurance. u2022 Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and technical teams.
