With a focus on professionalism and precision, you’ll help drive responsible growth across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesAR Legal Compliance & Protection Ensure AR protection including issuing material releases and filing of liens and other legal documentsDemonstrated understanding of lien laws for the region in which they manageFinancial Support General responsibility for all credit procedures of assigned locations. Including but not limited to managing Account Receivables in terms of collections, AR protection, and credit managementContact customers and follow up consistently regarding all outstanding credit issuesEnsure compliance with internal and external stakeholders as to credit policies and proceduresPlace accounts on credit hold and communicate collection status updates to applicable individualsReview and monitor outstanding balances to verify all issues are being handled properlyImplement and monitor company credit policies and proceduresReview, evaluate and establish customer credit applicationsCommunicate new customer information to branches and sales departmentMiscellaneousSupport our values in the stand areas of Safety, Customer Focus, Teamwork, Integrity and being a Company of Choice for both employees and customersOther duties as assignedQualifications5+ years’ credit and collections experience in a commercial distribution and/or contractor supply business preferredStrong customer services skills and the ability to work independentlyReports ToDistrict Credit ManagerCompensationThe listed pay range reflects the expected base rate for this position; actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and cost of living in the assigned market.
