The Logistics Systems Analyst is responsible for the administration, optimization, and support of the Manhattan Warehouse Management Operating System (WMOS) within the distribution environment. This role serves as the subject matter expert, working closely with operational teams to configure, troubleshoot, and enhance system functionality while enabling data-driven decision-making across the supply chain organization. The position bridges the gap between IT and warehouse operations, translating business needs into system solutions that drive efficiency and accuracy. We foster a culture built around our Foundation Principles, which define how we approach our relationships with our employees, vendors, customers and communities and influence every aspect of our business.Position Reports ToSupply Chain Analytics ManagerPrincipal Duties and ResponsibilitiesPartners with warehouse operations to gather requirements, identify system gaps, and configure or enhance WMOS functionality to support operational objectivesDevelops, maintains, and distributes standard and ad-hoc operational reports and dashboards leveraging Manhattan WMOS data, Oracle SQL, and BI tools such as IBM Cognos or MicroStrategyInvestigates, validates, and cleanses data from Manhattan WMOS and integrated systems (WCS, TMS, ERP) to ensure accurate and reliable reporting and operational insightsSupports the development and implementation of the “Analyst Onboarding Program' to ensure new employees receive proper training and access to the applicable BI and Analytics toolsResponsible for the development, deployment, and training of new analytical tools, reports, and dashboards across multiple platforms including email, web and mobileWrites and maintains complex Oracle SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze data from the Manhattan WMOS database to support operational reporting, performance tracking, and root cause analysisCollects, analyzes and conveys end-user feedback enabling prioritization of enhancements of new or existing reporting and dashboardsMonitors system performance, interfaces, and integrations between Manhattan WMOS and upstream/downstream systems, escalating issues and coordinating resolution with appropriate technical teamsDevelops and maintains system documentation including configuration guides, standard operating procedures, training materials, and data dictionaries specific to Manhattan WMOSSupports strategic and tactical analytics and reporting projects using the Agile Scrum methodology, including the development, communication and maturation of business requirementsPresents system performance analysis, operational metrics, and project updates to various stakeholders including distribution leadership and executive teamsConsistently arrives promptly to work the assigned scheduleResponsible for maintaining discretion related to all confidential/sensitive company and customer informationPerforms other requested tasks and dutiesExperience and Skills RequiredCollege degree required with focus in Business Administration or Statistics3-5 years’ experience in report development and analytics3-5 years' experience in Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan WMS schema preferred)Experience with database systems (using SQL and Python) and Business Intelligence reporting systems (MicroStrategy and IBM Cognos experience preferred)Experience configuring, testing, supporting, and troubleshooting Lucas Voice Picking, preferredExpertise in delivery technologies and data access, including familiarity with metadata, data organization, data quality assessment and data profilingExperience integrating new software and programs into data servicesFamiliarity with retail KPIs including sales, gross margin, inventory, etc.Familiarity with warehouse operations including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and shipping processesHigh proficiency with advanced spreadsheet and word processing applications including Microsoft Word and ExcelStrong project management skills including experience in Scrum project methodology, creating and managing business requirements documents (BRDs), quality assurance testing and deploymentExperience in developing graphical and visual reportingIs committed to working scheduled hours and has the flexibility to work additional hours based on changing business needsAbility to participate in on-call rotation to support two shift / seven day per week logistics operation if neededKnowledge of Retail and a passion for following trends in the industryBased in Dallas/Ft.
