This role is location-flexible and is a unique opportunity for a self starter and true player/coach to build and optimize the processes, systems, and analytics that will help shape the future of TA at YPTC.In this role, you'll combine hands on problem solving with strategic leadership, partnering closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition, the TA team, and cross functional partners in HR, Finance, and Marketing. You’ll ensure that our hiring processes are efficient, data driven, compliant, brand defining, and aligned with the firm’s growth objectives—all while having the opportunity to create scalable foundations from the ground up.Talent Acquisition Operations & ProcessOwn and continuously evolve end-to-end recruiting processes and workflowsIdentify inefficiencies and implement scalable, standardized hiring processesEnsure a consistent, impactful candidate and hiring manager experienceEnsure recruiting efforts align with kpis, metrics, and expectationsMaintain audit readiness and documentation for TA processesTechnology & SystemsManage and optimize the ATS, CRM and associated recruiting tools Lead TA system enhancements, integrations, and vendor implementationsServe as the primary point of contact for recruiting technology and trainingData, Reporting & AnalyticsDevelop and maintain detailed reporting packages, inclusive of recruiting dashboards, that align with KPIs and metricsAnalyze hiring data to provide insights, forecasts, and recommendations to TA LeadershipEnsure data accuracy and reporting consistency across systemsPeople, Program & Project ManagementLead cross-functional TA teams and projectsDevelop and manage a high performing, engaged teamOversee recruitment marketing effortsResponsible for TA budget and vendor and systems selection, implementation, and managementManage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication for TA projectsSupport workforce planning and headcount forecasting in partnership with Finance and HRStakeholder PartnershipAct as a strategic partner to TA leadership and recruitersCollaborate across the TA team and multiple departments to address firm hiring prioritiesDevelop and implement training and enablement for recruiters and hiring managersRequired5+ years of experience in talent acquisition operations, recruiting operations, or HR operations2+ years of experience in a talent acquisition operations people management roleExtensive experience working within ATS and CRM platforms, in addition to determining the appropriate TA tools and vendors to work with as a part of an overarching TA strategyProven ability to utilize, visualize and interpret data and analytics to make recommendations regarding operational and strategic directionExperience building and managing TA budgets Excellent project management, vendor management and process improvement skillsStrong stakeholder management and communication abilitiesRecruitment marketing experiencePreferredExperience developing and scaling recruiting operations in a professional services or otherwise fast paced environmentiCIMS Certified AdminSkills and Competencies:Forward thinking mindset with the ability to influence across multiple levels Collaboration, teamwork and leadershipOperational excellence and process optimizationData visualization, analysis and reporting (i.e., Microsoft Suite, Power BI, Tableau)Relationship development with a go together mentalityOutstanding attention to detailListening, hearing and learning, communicating (verbal and written)Other Requirements:While YPTC endeavors to maintain a balance between work and personal life, it is expected that the Talent Acquisition Operations & Analytics Manager will be reasonably available, if needed, by phone and email outside of normal working hours.This can be a virtual role, however a willingness to travel to in-person meetings periodically throughout the year; and to travel occasionally to events to support critical strategic initiatives will be expected.Applicants in need of specialassistanceor accommodation during the interview process or in accessing our website may contact us by sending an email to? your email, please include your name and preferred method of contact, and we will respond as soon as possible.?We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
