Park your Career with Propark!DispatcherPay Rate: $20.00 per hourJob Type: Part-timeLocation: Columbus, OHShift & Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 1:00PM & 1-2 hours rotating weekendsApplications will be accepted until job is closed.You will be the first impression with our client’s customers.Providing a warm welcome, and delivering memorably excellent service, you will drive our company to new levels.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDispacth updates directly to frontline staff.Coordinate internal departments (maintenance, operations, and events) to create and maximize productivity, efficiency and responsiveness to all customer service issues within the shuttle operation.Ensure maximum productivity by successfully routing utilizing the Share Mobility software.Track operational issues/concerns.Provide excellent customer service to clients, customers, and employees.Additional duties as assigned.Non-Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesOther special projects as assigned by location management.Minimum Job QualificationsYou are at least 18 years old.High school diploma required.2+ years in a Dispatcher role.Parking and/or university operations experience preferred.Customer Service experience with use of large phone system.Knowledge of Share Mobility software preferred.SkillsAbility to communicate professionally and effectively.Strong computer skills (ability to operate specific software programs) and handheld devices.Thrive in a fast-paced, multi-faceted work environment.Must be able to work unsupervised.Ability to speak, read and comprehend the English language.Must be able to make decisions independently.Demonstrate a sense of urgency and timeliness.The physical demands of this position and the work environment characteristics described below are representative of those thatmust be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this position.
