Direct Support Professional (DSP)Current Open Schedules: Full-time 30+ - Monday through Friday 7:30 am-2:30 pmLocation: MiddleburgPay: $16.50 per hour, up to $17.25 per hour with NADSP DSP certification(s)What We’re Looking For:Entry level, training providedA valid driver’s license and 6 months driving experience18 years of ageAccess to a vehicle with valid insurance, registration, and inspectionAbility to communicate, read, write, and understand the English languagePreferred: Previous Personal Care Aide, Caregiver, Direct Support Professional (DSP), or Direct Care Worker experiencePreferred: Knowledge of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and/or autismAs a DSP (Direct Support Professional) in Community Participation Supports, you’ll help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities build independence, confidence, and meaningful connections.
