As a Plumbing Salesperson, you will act as an in-home consultant—advising homeowners, designing tailored solutions, and selling plumbing repair options. Help grow our ever expanding water quality sales teamDiagnose issues of customers' homes to include repiping, water heaters, sewer replacements, galvanized lines, rerouting, and moreDrive new sales while maintaining the company’s standards for integrity and customer careIdentify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions that generate high, referral-based salesConfidently present product solutions using product knowledge and sales expertiseEducate potential customers on the value of our services, including special promotions, financing options, etc.Accurately document services performed and recommendations using required forms and reportsAttend scheduled appointments with customers and provide professional, solutions-based guidanceRepresent the company in a manner that aligns with our core values and exceptional customer serviceDo I Have What It Takes?2-3+ years of sales experience (plumbing and/or water treatment highly desired)3-5+ years in the plumbing industry to include knowledge of plumbing codesJourneyman or Master Plumbing license is a bonus but not requiredExceptional listening skills and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experienceStrong communication abilities, both verbal and written, along with effective presentation skillsHigh integrity and the capability to promote a positive company imageResults-driven mindset, thriving in a fast-paced, high-energy environmentWillingness to work in tight spaces and at heights, including attics, garages, crawl spaces, and roofs, in various weather conditions (hot, cold, wet)Do you check the box for the above items?
