Peraton is looking for a Help Desk Representative to help our Federal Customer onsite at Fort Huachuca, AZ. This person will answer incoming calls from Customers to take orders, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information of a non-technical nature.Responsibilities: First point of contact for Tier 2 requests that are escalated to the Global Cyber CenterEnsure continuous 24/7 shift coverage to support the GCC mission, which entails working on weekends, holidays, and after hours.Responsible forhandling customer interactionsto provide support(inbound/outbound calls, chats,emailand internal ticketing escalations)Create,modifyand escalate incidents/tickets, translating user requests into logical format for use by analysts in troubleshootingRouteticketsin accordance withdocumented proceduresPerform quality assurance follow-up with customers/end usersComply withdocumented processes and proceduresMonitor group mailboxes and prioritize emails by order of importanceMaintain the shift log and ensureaccurate,thoroughand clear communication from shift to shiftProvide reporting (as needed)Maintain a professional demeanor with our military, civilian and contractor customersQualifications:HS diploma +2 years of customer service, inside sales and/or help desk experienceActive DoD Secret clearancePeraton is a next-generation national security company that drives missions of consequence spanning the globe and extending to the farthest reaches of the galaxy. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
