Join us.We are currently seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst to join our Finance Team and partner with our shared functions in the areas of budgeting, forecasting, expense management, reporting, analysis, and reconciliations. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Execute US and HQ operating expense budget & forecast preparation for shared functions (including loading into systems)Provide support to Financial Reporting Director in profitability analysis, target setting, and controllingRefresh and analyze monthly reporting packages, including variance explanations at a detailed levelProvide support, recommendations, and training to shared function leaders regarding vendor and operating expense managementWork with Financial Controlling team to ensure balance sheet accounts and reconciliations are accurate and completeAssist in the coordination of annual audit and quarterly review activities of external auditorsCoordinate with Accounts Payable and PayrollManage intercompany recharges and below operating profit adjustmentsThis role requires an associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting plus at least 3 years of related experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.Other qualifications include:Strong analytical skills; ability to monitor appropriate financial measures and interpret and use data to help in decision makingAbility to take complex information and report it in a simple and consistent mannerA desire to accomplish and achieve results quickly in a fast-paced environmentExcellent ability to plan and organize so that work is completed efficiently; ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work closely with other functional areas and across brandsHigh energy level; proactive & flexible work style; ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentDemonstrated professionalism and ability to handle confidential information in a sensitive and appropriate mannerFlexible and open to new ideas; brings new ideas to the table; ability to adapt quickly to new situationsProficient computer skills, specifically with Excel, and AFO (Business Warehouse); SAP; SAC Analytics Cloud, Workday, and OneStream a plusWhat We’ll ProvideA reasonable estimate of the pay range is $80,000 - $90,000 per year at the time of this posting.
