Effective application of learned skills during the program. Adherence to all program requirements and standards set by Blanchard Machinery.High school diploma or equivalent required. Must pass Blanchard Machinery Criteria Assessment Tool.Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques and proper repair procedurespreferred.Able to read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics, operating and maintenance service manualspreferred.Working knowledge of equipment operation and associated operating systems.Ability tooperatelifting devices.Ability to use diagnostic equipmentFamiliarization of electronic cables, connections, and sensors.A demonstrated commitment to accuracy,organizationand ability to prioritize tasks isrequired.PreviousexperienceonCAT equipment is a plus.Meet Company Driver Qualifications policy.Maintain a valid driver's license.Working ConditionsThe physical environment requires the employee to work both inside (non-climate controlled) and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. Required to use personal protective equipment to prevent exposure to injury and/or hazardous materials.Requires standing, stooping, squatting, pushing, pulling, twisting, turning, lifting.Physical use of a broad variety of tools and machinesin order tomaintain, troubleshoot and repair equipment.Mustbe able to lift variedweight.Seeing, reading, and writing to complete job responsibilities.Use of computersand other forms of technology to complete job responsibilities
