This may include but is not limited to the development and modification of course and teaching schedules, maintaining documentation of faculty workload, monitoring course enrollments, and data entry into the ERP system. Research, summarize, analyze information, and prepare reports related to scheduling, advisory committees, enrollment, budgets, travel, and program or divisional areas as requested by supervisor.Initiate and complete overload payroll documentation for full-time and part-time faculty for Talent & Culture officeSchedule, plan and provide administrative and technical support for advisory committees for the program dean and faculty who chair these committees including compiling and maintaining all advisory committee member databases for program areasAt the direction of the academic dean and in collaboration with program directors, monitor and maintain all major equipment purchases for yearly budget and facilitiesCoordinate, track and secure professional development and travel arrangements as requested by the academic deanProcess paperwork for new course curriculum and course modifications in collaboration with the Curriculum Office and the academic deanAssist academic dean, associate dean, and program directors in ensuring compliance with College proceduresCollaborate with curriculum personnel, the academic dean, and program directors on website contentUtilize advanced skills with and knowledge of technology including software programs for communication, data collection, and decision making including but not limited to Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and ExcelCollaborate with counterparts in the Academic Affairs divisionRepresent Northwood Tech in the community and at community events as requested.Actively participate on committees as requestedDemonstrate the ability to work both independently and as a member of a teamProvide support as needed in collaboration with the Conference & Event Coordinator for on-site meetings and events.Other duties as assignedDegree & Experience Required:Associate’s degree in related field (or equivalent*)Three years related work experience(*Equivalent educational/occupational experience may be a high school diploma plus 6-7 years of relevant experience)Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Ability to communicate effectively both written and verballyProficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite and the ability to effectively apply technology to tasks and projectsAbility to contribute to a team environment while maintaining positivity and professionalismStrong customer service skills that focus on creative problem solvingTime management skills that apply organization and prioritization demonstrating the ability to multitask and work independentlyAbility to obtain driver’s license and insurance coverage in accordance with College policyPreferred:Student Information System experienceFY26 Salary - Grade I - $23.79 / hourMedical, Dental, VisionHealth Savings Account/Flexible Spending AccountLong Term/Short Term DisabilityLife InsuranceWisconsin Retirement System403(b)/457(b) Retirement SavingsPaid HolidaysPaid Leave3/29/2026
