Supported 24/7 by an experienced on-shift supervisor, along with a dedicated multidisciplinary team including surgical technicians, emergency service technicians, unit clerks, pharmacy staff, social workers, transport personnel, and our own team of attending physicians and providers. This is a prime location for nurses seeking continuous learning, professional growth, and the chance to thrive in a collaborative, high-performance environment.How you'll contributeARegistered Nurse (RN) Supervisorwho excels in this role: Evaluate-- Independently evaluates and determines work assignments and evaluates job performance, recognizes performances. Assigns and Directs Work-Covers call-offs, adjusts schedule as needed. Adjusts Grievances-- Meets with employees to listen to and resolve employee issues and grievance. Discipline-- Implements performance improvements including verbal counseling. Exercises Supervisory Authority-- Develops and implements department and/or hospital policy; insures all employees are trained in policy; exercises discretion, independent of policy to insure proper function of department or subdepartment.
