Adecco Staffing is hiring for multiple positions Job Title: Production Engineer u2013 Manufacturing Company:Adecco Staffing Location: Houston, Texas Job Description: We are seeking a Production Engineer to support our manufacturing operations. The role is responsible for overseeing production processes, ensuring product quality, managing inventory, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: + Manage incoming and outgoing control of raw materials and finished products, ensuring proper identification and process execution. + Oversee manufacturing order execution, supervising the team to ensure processes are completed correctly. + Resolve production incidents promptly to avoid missing delivery deadlines. + Monitor inventory and stock levels, ensuring accurate record-keeping. + Control production to ensure targets are achieved on schedule. + Lead continuous improvement initiatives in production processes, utilizing methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing. + Collaborate with quality control teams to maintain high standards throughout production. + Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards. + Provide training and support to production staff on new processes, equipment, and safety procedures. + Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development within the production team. Qualifications: + Bacheloru2019s degree in Engineering or related field preferred. + Experience in manufacturing, production engineering, or a similar role. + Strong knowledge of production processes, inventory control, and quality standards. + Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies. + Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. + Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
