These environments support operations for over 14,000 employees. You will implement cloud engineering activities based on architectural direction from the M365/Azure Principal Architect and daily priorities set by the Cloud Engineering Supervisor. You will provide hands-on engineering support across Microsoft 365 and Azure, including service administration, cloud resource management, incident remediation, automation, and continuous improvement plans., You will report to the Cloud Engineering Supervisor and be located at Cranberry Township, PA. This is a hybrid role. Work from home on Monday and Friday., Key Responsibilities:Microsoft 365 EngineeringManage and configure Microsoft 365 services including Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, and related platform servicesMonitor, troubleshoot, and improve Microsoft 365 service health, availability, and performance issuesAzure Cloud EngineeringManage Azure resources following approved architecture and standards, including:Subscriptions and resource groupsIdentity and access controls (RBAC)Networking constructs (as defined by architecture)Platform and shared services supporting Microsoft 365 and enterprise workloadsAutomation, Operations, and GovernanceUse automation and scripting (PowerShell and related tooling) to improve operational efficiency across Microsoft 365 and AzureEvaluate new Microsoft 365 and Azure features to recommend operational improvementsApply ITIL-based practices for Incident, Problem, and Change ManagementParticipate in on-call rotation to support a 24/7 global enterprise, Qualifications:BS, Computer Science, Information Systems or Related Field5+ years of Microsoft system administration3+ years of Microsoft cloud system/services support2+ years of Microsoft Azure cloud computing experienceProficient in the administration of Microsoft systems and applicationsHands-on experience managing Azure resources and subscriptionsExperience implementing cloud engineering work from established architectural designsProficient in Microsoft PowerShellWe are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
