RESPONSIBILITIESAdminister assigned trust accounts including personal trusts and estates (with non-complex attributes), custodial and managing agency accounts, escrow accounts, IRA’s, custodial depositories, retirement plans, etc.Identify opportunities to grow existing relationships and develop new business including responsibility for cross-selling other bank servicesEnsure compliance with IRS Code, applicable state Trust Code, and audit requirements by adhering to all policies and proceduresCollect and analyze customer information to determine proper financial products and advise on advantages and disadvantages of different financial productsRespond in a timely manner to trust related and banking issuesCoordinate and organize workflow, establish project schedules, review client accounts, and determine timeline of special projectsAssist in facilitating (developing content, scheduling, etc.) internal education programs regarding trust product and servicesParticipate individually in identifying, measuring, monitoring, controlling and mitigating departmental and enterprise-wide risksMaintain awareness of and adherence to Bank’s compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasksDeliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standardsOther duties as assignedCOMPETENCIESInterpersonal/Customer Service SkillsWritten and Verbal CommunicationAbility to understand and follow directionsAdaptable to changeBasic Computer SkillsOrganizational Skills/Detail OrientedAble to Multi-Task or Juggle PrioritiesAbility to build collaborative relationshipsAbility to work as part of a teamEDUCATION - CERTIFICATIONS - WORK EXPERIENCEBachelor’s degree in business or equivalent combination of education and work experience required2-4 years related work experience requiredSCHEDULETypical office hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.This position is exempt and full-time.
