Product Owner

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Product Owner to join our team in Glendora, California. In this contract to permanent position, you will act as a crucial link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software and technology solutions. This role requires a strong ability to analyze business processes, translate requirements into technical specifications, and oversee project execution from inception to completion. Responsibilities: u2022 Serve as the primary liaison between clients, subject matter experts, and IT teams to facilitate clear communication and project alignment. u2022 Conduct thorough analysis of legacy systems and user stories to map out roadmaps for new and existing core processes. u2022 Convert business requirements into technical specifications, including database structure analysis and risk identification. u2022 Collaborate with system architects and developers to produce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation. u2022 Develop strategies for implementing process changes, technology updates, and customer-focused solutions. u2022 Enforce standardized methodologies and processes to ensure project deliverables meet organizational quality standards. u2022 Manage multiple projects, prioritizing tasks and resources to achieve successful outcomes. u2022 Provide guidance and leadership to project teams in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. u2022 Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required to support business objectives.
