Plumbing Technician

Job Title: Plumbing Technician $20 during training period Will be making $60k-200k a year depending on service calls Job Description As a Plumbing Technician, you will perform a range of plumbing services from simple faucet repairs to complex water heater installations and plumbing system replacements. Responsibilities + Respond promptly to customer service calls and conduct thorough inspections of plumbing issues. + Accurately diagnose problems, offer effective solutions and estimates, and successfully close service sales. + Proficiently install and repair various plumbing fixtures, including sinks, toilets, bathtubs, water heaters, garbage disposal units, dishwashers, and water softeners. + Conduct sewer and drain cleaning services in diverse environments such as basements, roofs, and confined spaces. + Ensure thorough cleaning and restoration of work sites to meet pre-job conditions. + Prepare invoices, total costs of services/products provided, collect payments, and explain guarantees, both in writing and on a provided smartphone. Essential Skills + 1+ years of experience within plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, or construction trade experience. + Valid driver's license. + Full knowledge of plumbing systems. + Good written and oral communication skills. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Proven track record in the sale of plumbing products and services preferred. + Ability to gain Excavation Certification through Competent Person Training (OSHA requirement) within the first year of employment. + Journeyman license or equivalent certification as specified by the state. + Backflow certification (assistance provided). + OSHA 10 certification (assistance provided). Shifts are scheduled from Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday, with shift times fixed upon start.
